Maple Syrup Open House

Maple Syrup Open House Open to all ages. Cost: Free Saturday, March 17th, 2018, 1:00-3:00pm Come out to River Bend for our annual Maple Syrup Open House and see the entire maple syruping process from start to finish! Our naturalists and maple syrup volunteers will walk you through identifying a maple tree, and how to insert the spile just right for max sap drippage. Observe our evaporation station where we boil the sap down into maple syrup, and -- of course! -- try the finished product!
