These are stressful times for recruiters. The demand for talent is going up while the supply is stagnant or declining. The expectations for recruiters keeps being ratcheted up. Cheri O'Bannon, Director of Speciality Publications & Magazines, MN, WI, APG of East Centra Minnesota will help us navigate the demands of recruitment and selection. Because the applicant pool is constantly changing, Cheri will provide us with strategies to recruit and target applicants for your positions, traditional and non-traditional. She will explore recruiting options based on multiple factors.  Additionally, Cheri will review the value of Job Fairs, Job Boards and Ads; the changing applicant pool and generational differences; using technology to recruit; and non-traditional recruitment techniques and untapped applicant markets.
